If you did not receive the warranty code plate during purchase, this means that your key cannot be duplicated.

Each EasyBlock key is unique, the guarantee code allows us to identify the correct lock combination to duplicate your key.
If you registered your EasyBlock warranty after purchase, you should be able to find your warranty code in the confirmation email you received that day.
If you have not registered your EasyBlock or cannot find your confirmation email, contact us for assistance.
Key duplicates are considered special orders and given their specificity they may require a few extra days to be processed.
Don't worry! We typically take less than 7 days to make and ship your key.
